I ordered through the app and waited the 20-25 minutes that it said before going in. I realized it was a Friday night at 5 so there might be a little of a wait but I had to then wait over an hour past my pickup time. There was a bunch of people complaining about waiting for too long there as well. For the first 20 ish minutes there was only two workers who were talking about how a couple other employees haven’t showed up for their scheduled time but when they did eventually show up it they did not do much and one was on their phone most of the time anyways. And every person I saw who actually got their order was missing something and had to wait even longer to get the rest of their order. I have had decent experiences before when I ordered around lunch time but this was by far the worst experience here!

This location hires nothing but children that pay in the kitchen. It’s currently 8:50 and my online order was placed at 7:45. STILL haven’t gotten my order yet. I’ve been waiting 15 mins while watching laugh and play back there ?? mind you this is EVERY TIME I order from here.

I've waited an additional 45 minutes for food that said it would be done 45 minutes ago; there are only 2 young employees, one of which seems totally new and inexperienced. Asked the girl how much longer it would be and she just gave me a blank stair with no response...The one guy doesn't have a belt, hair net, hair tie or gloves on; touching his face between. Can't remember which order is done.

Absolutely terrible! After placing a mobile order (15 piece wing) and waiting the recommended 30-45 minutes I arrive at the store and wait an additional 30 minutes just for 15 wings !!! Then when I got the wings they were the wrong flavor and tasted bad. Will Not be back

This was the worst Wingstop I've ever been to. I placed an online order, my food took an hour. My food was cold and a few of the wings were VERY HAIRY!!!! I will NEVER give them my business again. I spent $60. What a waste!!!

Worst staff even worse job and a waste of ur money they went from family problems managing their store to a new manager more worried about dating there agm, along with a absent area manager to deliver you piss pour portions and a complete neglect to worker and time care.. this is how early the worst brand I've ever worked for don't spend ur money, routinely waste isn't taken out fries from the day before our left lingering and the soap dispenser was are always full seems more to me like a quick stop for I can't wash my hands n these potatoes definitely had a quite a few real rotten o es I. The care but please buy them from us and btw ur chicken wings classic could definitely be in 3 day old blood water since last star check up failed 2
