Love Ya'll at Whippy Dip! Everyone is friendly, while it can sometimes take awhile because of long lines, service is good. Always look forward to going and enjoying a new flavor

Edot: I understand that this is not the norm and want to say that I edited my review as we have not experienced this again.
We drove down to the whippy dip with time to spare. It was exactly 8:55 when we got to the window and they were still serving people. I could understand if they were closed already but we waited at the window with the light on for the 5 minutes until they turned the light off and opened the window to say sorry were closed, we can only do soft serve now. I understand if we were there after 9 but to wait at the window while someone is inside and waits the 5 minutes to shut off the light is ridiculous. There were three people inside and one was just standing at the window.

Soft serve was a disappointment today. Machine was working properly and they sold us an inadequate ice cream. We gave it back. They did offer a refund and we stated to put the money in a tip jar. I feel like the young employees did not know how to fix the machine
This place is great, the owners are really nice, as well as the staff! Never have had a complaint about this place, especially after the new owners had taken over! Definitely recommend talking to the workers about a problem that you have because they are more than willing to remake or refund your order!????

The malt shakes aren't real malt but "malt flavor" we discovered which was disappointing for the price and the one I ordered tasted off...no mint at all. It tasted like chemicals. They only offered to remake it so...no thanks. Tossed it. Soft serve cone was ok but no different than DQ or McDonald's.
Buyer beware: this place will not offer a refund.

We love Whippy Dip. It is great to see a new business succeed. Ice cream scoops are huge be prepared. We have enjoyed a Boston cooler and the soft serve ice cream. The chocolate mint malt ice cream was over the top... loaded with malt balls. They are always busy when we are there, but it goes fast. Check out the convenience store next door they have done a wonderful job on renovating it. They are a great resource for the community and located conveniently on 27.

Delicious, generous portions, friendly staff, and all the flavors we checked were kosher (OU). The cones are Star-K. The staff was patient and helpful with the new experience of serving kosher only customers!
