Bought 4 chicks from this place. When I got them one was noticably smaller and a second didn't seem healthy at all. The small one died about a week later. The second one died few days after that. Casualties are to be expected but 50% seems a bit high. Also when I got there to pick them up it seemed kind of sketchy. The guy slipped out the door and shut it quickly behind him. This is an awesome place to get heritage chicken, turkeys, ducks and more! The family is nice, and outrageously helpful and informative! I've never had birds before, and the lady was so helpful with all of my questions, she offered all kinds of advice, and when one of my turkeys got a swollen face, she looked at the picture and correctly identified the issue ,and told me to get this stuff from tractor supply called VetRX, which is all natural essential oils that help clear out...read full review

Met with us on a Sunday with Call in same day appt!Chickens were in good health and very pretty ?gave them a bath and put them in the coop with a 3/4 acre free range run with the rest of our flock. definitely will be back ??
