Other than the pie being store bought.... everything was great. I had the French Toast and my husband had a hot ham and cheese with fries. My coffee was kept full. Definitely will eat there again. Their sign says open from 6am to 2pm every day.
Capturing the deliberate joy of a slow, lazy present moment at the Korner Kitchen what a cool moment in time. Old timers get up to grab the coffee pot to refill their cups and give a little sass to the waitress:) then slow give me a wink of their devilish ways. But seriously wait for it … the counter … with matching stools … vintage cool. 🆒

Nice little diner at edge of Wakefield. Breakfast (opens at 0600) and lunch (closes at 1400). Warm atmosphere. Not inexpensive, cheeseburger with fried onions, no side $9.60. But delicious.
