We come to visit every time we’re in UP. There is no other establishment in the area that compares when it comes to pasty’s. Flaky, well seasoned, and absolutely delicious. Piping hot if you get them on-site too.We also tried the frozen veggie pasty’s at home - they were outstanding! Lastly, their traditional bakery items (like the blueberry bread) was incredible. Go visit and support!
This place is the definition of local. Definitely has mom and pop vibes and is loaded with a variety of baked good that'll stimulate your appetite. From sugary donuts to savory pasties they're cooking it up nicely and the prices are low. Easy parking. Walk in and get your order and the counter and you're good to go. I come from a long line of pasty makers. I have to say that their Cornish pasty was one of the best I've ever had! I asked for ketchup, I didn't even need it. It was so delicious and moist! Had nice ratio of meat and veggies!I'm excited to try some of the other varieties of pastys they have!
