If you have time to wait and you're not in a hurry get your coffee here...only one in line and it took 20 min for two brewed coffees and 2 specialty ones off the menu.

I was a BIGGBY fan but this location single handedly turned me into a Starbucks fan. Just went today, no one in line or in store and still took almost 15minites to get a drink. and my coffe wasn't even hot. and on 2/2 still using their holiday cups.

if you have to be anywhere in the morning, please do not go to this fucking location. I waited in line from 7:22 AM until 7:40 to receive my small coffee. when I got to the window they didn't even have my coffee in the system so they had no idea what they were making. When I repeated my order I could see them through the window making cold brew. I asked for a latte, so then she had to remake my drink menu items are very limited. I don't understand why it should take 20 minutes to make something so small the two people in front of me in line only had one item as well. There were two people working in there and nobody was inside either they need to hire more competent staff, or just have more people in the morning people have things to do in place to be in the morning.

This is likely one of the worst locations in surrounding GR. I can handle being slow when busy sometimes, but it's been multiple times usually on Sundays where I walk in with 2-3 employees working and I get no greeting until they actually take my order. I wonder when we all lost the emphasis on basis customer service.

I come here pretty regularly for my breaks at work and I love this location. I always have a great experience no matter which employees are working. It has a fun, lively atmosphere, and great food and drinks :)
Slowest food/coffee in all of Grand Rapids area. The workers physically move very slowly for some reason. Waited 40 minutes for two bagel sandwiches and one of them was the wrong sandwich but we ate it anyways so we didn't have to wait another 40 minutes. I could single-handedly run this place faster than the 4 workers there today. They have to be on some opioid to be moving that slow.
