Ordered a 30 piece boneless. Food came it was lukewarm. BW3 food has gone down in quality. More breading on the boneless wings then meat. Ask for a side of mayonnaise for my French fries. Three times. Never came. Alcoholic beverages were filled readily. Again my soda refill didn't show up to the end of my meal.

Multiple times ordering for pick up or delivery and the order is always missing something or just not good no sauce no chicken in the wrap missing special order fries. Will not order pick up from here anymore. However the customer service when I called to talk to someone was good. But don't even want what we have been getting

Dallas is by far the best bartender we’ve had! She’s amazing and spreads such positive and fun energy. If you have to choose a BWW to eat at in GR, choose the one off Alpine!!

Shaylee is AWESOME! I was at the Buffalo wild wings on Alpine Ave., Northwest in Grand Rapids Michigan on Tuesday, February 20. It was my son‘s birthday and my waitress helped take care of approximately 30 to 40 persons mostly by herself for an entire hockey team and birthday party. Her name was Shaylee, she did an outstanding job even serving us all chocolate cake dessert afterwards. Great job Shaylee. Thank you!

SODA REFILLS ARE NO LONGER FREE! I repeat soda refills are not free but nowhere did I see that except for on my bill after drinking COUNTLESS sodas. I also got charged for ranch when I didn't even ask for it. Weird experience, I've never been to a restaurant in Buffalo Wild Wings tier that didn't have free soda refills. $3.50 per refill. OUTRAGEOUS I am sick to my stomach. Almost had to work off my bill in the kitchen LOL
