The bartender (Shayly) was not a good bartender. She was busy on her phone while drinking her shake from McDonalds. I asked her twice for silverware and napkins and I never received them. She was more interested with flirting with the other male bartender. We come in there many times a month but we will not be coming back

I love it here and everyone who works here is kind and wonderful but I am handicapped and the women’s stall bathroom’s lock is very finicky. You have to lift the door to lock it which is hard for a disabled person.

Buffalo Wild Wings offers a mixed dining experience. While the service can be exceptional, with attentive staff like Libbey and Alecia, the quality of food has been reported to have decreased. Some reviewers have noted issues like cold fries and incorrect orders, which suggests that the kitchen staff needs to improve. The atmosphere is nice, and the bar staff create a lively environment. The food itself can still be delicious, and the restaurant is a good option for lunch, especially when it is not crowded. When not busy, it can provide a relaxed and quiet atmosphere, making it a suitable place for families and groups of friends.
