The fries might be a little short on expectations, but for how busy it is, the service is fast and respectable.
It is staffed by a pleasant and happy crew of workers who are nothing but pleasant!

Come here 2 days a week because I work near by but the employees bring sad energy and everything is cold and half made burgers slide off the bun and the fish fillets come with half a cheese slices while the condiments fight to stay together 😂 wtf is going on

Who ever the heavier set woman working the drive through needs to slow down and annunciate when speaking. As well as actually responding when a customer says "I couldn't understand you". Instead of waitin almost 20seconds for the exact same mumbled response.
I asked her 3 time and it was like this. I even stuck my head out the window. Thinking maybe the wind is making it so she can't hear me. Instead o. The 3 one someone has pulled up behind and now an order is being taken there. So I just start to say my order. No confirmation it was heard. It finally shows up on the screen. No response still. So I just pulled ahead to complete the order at the window.
Her poor customer service is why I stopped going to that McDonald's in the first place. I am surprised she is still there.
Really not worth the money anymore. Unseasoned meat. Long wait time. Had to beg for a receipt. If mcdonalds goes out of business it will be their own fault.

Wow! This is the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Food and service. When you walk in you will be yelled at. If you don't understand the app deals you'll be yelled at. If they get your order wrong, you'll be yelled at. Instead of a chicken Big Mac my husband received a regular Big Mac. I went up to the counter to exchange it and the order clerk said I'd ordered a number one which is a big Mac. I did not. My husband doesn't eat red meat. After a long wait I finally took his sandwich to him and starting eating my own sandwich. I've never had a Mccrispy before, so after two bites and fining nothing but pickles, I looked up the sandwich on my app. I took it back to the counter. "What's wrong now?" Was the response. I showed her my receipt and she grabbed my sandwich and wheeled herself to the order staff and yelled. "She almost ate the whole sandwich and now she says it's the wrong order." The order staff said, "Give her a side of lettuce and tomatoes." Really? I asked for my sandwich back and threw it in the garbage. I won't even mention the horrible dousing of spicy sauce and the nasty fries. I worked at a McDonald's for a few years and we were trained as the front counter staff to treat customers with respect and courteousness.

I’m sick and tired of coming to this location and not getting exactly what I order. Everything was correct but if I’m paying extra for a large fry I want a large fry not a medium or small in a large fry box. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Not coming back anymore!
