first off the last 2 times I been there they have messed up my order I go there with my 3 kids order food pasta pizza wings bread sticks they give us no silver wear then waited 20 mins until a waiter came over asked for silverware there is 4 of us she only brings us 2 silverware ordered regular bread sticks and cheese bread sticks only gave us regular ones pizza was suppose to be lights sauce no it was like they put Xtra sauce on it I wanted a new pizza waited over 45 mins still...read full review
We visited pizza hut this evening. Our pizza came out cold and hard as a rock. when our server approached his manager, the only solution offered was 15% off our bill. the price of our pizza was more than that. The manager did not offer to remake the pizza or any other way to correct the situation. I asked that pizza be removed from our bill and he did. BUT STILL LEFT THE COLD HARD PIZZA AT OUR TABLE. Pizza Hut is a great place with amazing customer service. The staff is friendly and helpful, like Ben who goes above and beyond. They even upgraded a customer's order for free when they couldn't make the personal pan pizza. The food comes out early and is better than expected. The vegetarian options like cheese pizza or veggie lovers are delicious. Parking is easy with plenty of free spots. Kids love the personal pan pizza option. While the chocolate donuts were dry, the pizza and boneless wings were amazing. Even when a customer put in the wrong address, they received a full refund and the food was delivered without any issues. Overall, Pizza Hut is a solid choice for tasty food and excellent service.
