Not impressed. First time customers. Thought we’d give it a try. Ordered the Waygu sirloin and 1/2 rack of ribs. The ribs were fall off the bone as advertised with good flavor. The Waygu was a poor excuse for a cut of meat. Definitely not true Waygu. There was an awful gamey flavor and it took several minutes to chew one piece at a medium rare temp. It took 45 minutes to get our food. My cocktail was weak and barely had a hint of alcohol. Apparently the bartender was training...
I've been here several times and have never been disappointed. The food is always phenomenal! The menu is awesomely unique. I try something new everytime and it's always superb. Great drinks, cold beer, cool glasses and an extremely comfortable environment. I love Roasted!!
This has been multiple different restaurant/bars over the years and Roasted is by far the best it’s been. The food options are plentiful and our choices were very good (party tried the shrimp burrito bowl and the Philly cheesesteak). Overall it’s a typical bar/restaurant atmosphere in Walker and service was decent. The food was the best part but it was kind of pricey for the location, portions.
