Waited 20 minutes. I went through the drive thru and they told me to pull ahead as the chicken wasn’t ready. Twenty minutes later the guy brought out our order and said they “forgot”. I called and talked to the manager and he literally said “What do you want me tondo about it? “. I said “Hell you could have thrown in a coupon for something free since we had to wait”. But no! That manager had no clue as what he should do.

Doordasher stole on order. DoorDash app did nothing to help us. The management here replaced our order. They went above and beyond and were awesome in the exchange after an already eventful day for my family. Awesome, truly awesome staff.

Man, that Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit at Wendy’s ain’t no joke! That biscuit soft like it’s been prayed over, chicken crispy like somebody’s auntie fried it, and that honey butter???
