I normally go to the fuller/knapp location witch every time I get very poor customer service and very long wait times.
I have been coming to this one more recently and all the girls have wowed me, they are all so sweet, fast and efficient.
Today the girl helping me name was Bree and, this is the second time she has helped me at the window and her customer service/ attitude is 100/100 great job Bree, keep up the good work girl.

Would have been a 5 star review, but they forgot the straw for my wife's drink. Besides that everything was great.

Customers have also faced issues with incorrect orders and poor drink quality, such as stale-tasting coffee. However, the owner has personally helped resolve problems, showing a commitment to good customer service. Overall, while the location has friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere, improvements in order accuracy and drink quality are needed. Customers are still considering giving the Alpine location another chance.
