Fly, You Fools

I only got coffee but wanted to leave a review to say the service was great. I got there near closing time, which at any establishment usually means you’re not going to get the most chipper service. I was really tired and had been driving for 6 hours and was not feeling real great when I went in. But the staff were so cheery and friendly I was uplifted and left feeling refreshed not just from the coffee but also from the nice people.

Out of all the biggby locations I have been to this is the one that consistently gets the order wrong and has piss poor attitudes from the employees. They get attitudes when you tell them that they got the order wrong, then get a bigger attitude when you refuse to tip. This location is also twice the price of other locations.Dietary restrictions: They do not offer dairy free.

Well they speak very nicely the service is the slowest that I've ever experienced to the point that going through the drive-thru takes at least 15 minutes behind one other car. I don't know if it's poor staffing or training but someone need to help this team.

The store was busy on Monday evening, 2.26.24. I ordered 2 mango blood orange creme freezes. I've experienced a few times in other stores where the ice had not been completely crushed but this was absolutely nothing short of juice over ice cubes. The chunks of ice were large and even the small pieces were too large to go up the straw.While that was disappointing in itself, it was even more disappointing that the person making them had to see the chunks when pouring/spooning it into the cup. The chunks on the plate in the photo are what remained a full 30 minutes after my purchase.

I go here everyday and they can't seem to make my drink right. Many days I left unsatisfied and wasted money. Everytime I ask them to remake it they are rude. And never apologize. All the good ones left. There's a butch looking one who is so rude and I asked if they could put a note of the measurements so everyone can see. And she laughed and said no. One of them with the short colored hair told me they hate to see me comming. So I said make the drink correct. She said you can go someone where else. I should have to drive further to get my drink. You shouldn't work there if you lack costumer service skills and I'm truly worried one of them will do something to my drink. I will be coming in to watch how my drj k is made. They would hand me drinks with the drink dripping down the side of it with no napkin. And I would be on my way to work with sticky hands. I pay too much money to be handed a sloppy drink

I wanted to get a tea and found out in the drive thru that my lost cat was found. I was crying on the phone in joy. They wouldn’t let me pay for my drink. Thank you so much Biggby Alpine for your generosity!You truly spread love today ❤️

I bought a turkey havarti bragel today.... I can't brag about the bagel and neither can they! There's ONE SLICE of turkey on it and no cream cheese! It's so dry.My golden Chai is weak and lukewarm.I counted 5 young ladies behind the counter working.It seems they could've gotten one of the two items right... but no.I'm so disappointed.I hadn't ordered from any Biggby location for months. I thought they'd improve but I'm about done with giving them time and chances. Especially the Alpine location.

I just don't understand why it takes so long? 10-15 minutes sometimes even 20! I've driven off and I've see other drive off for waiting too long.

I go to this biggby every single day, I spend $15 a day on coffee plus a tip. I’m so disappointed with this place that I’m ready to switch to Starbucks. I always get sweet foam cold brews and for some reason they are NEVER made right. Sometimes the sweet foam is so watery it won’t even sit on top of my coffee, sometimes it’s so thick it looks like cottage cheese. Today my coffee tastes like it has absolutely no Carmel in it, it tastes like I’m drinking coffee grounds. I’m so sick of wasting my money trying to let this establishment redeem themselves. If you want biggby I HIGHLY recommend finding any other biggby in Grand Rapids other than this one. I’ve had times on the weekend where the employees are so rude that the managers will give us free drinks when they hear about it. Worst biggby in Grand Rapids. ??

SLOWEST BIGGBY EVER!! Over 25 minutes in line for one drink and can't pull forward or back up due to a long drive thru line! No compensation or apology for the extra long wait!!! 10/10 do not recommend!!

Staff here are fine, but the coffee and bagels are pretty bad. Not sure what happened at this location, it used to be pretty good. It tastes like they swapped all their usual ingredients out for the absolute cheapest Gordon food service off brand they could find. The bagels have a chemical aftertaste and the coffee is pretty weak. I understand lattes are like 80% milk, but almost none of their drinks taste like there’s any coffee in them. When I got home, I poured it down the drain and went back to making my own.There’s so many other good coffee spots nearby, go there, instead.

Two-drink order off the menu (nothing custom) had three mistakes.Overfilled cups (I mean the drink itself is more than the cup can hold, I don't mean the whipped cream) spilling everywhere. I have to clean my car now.Staff at the register speaking inaudibly. Staff at the register repeats one word instead of the entire last sentence when I ask "what???" (that does not help).The bathroom was a big brown biohazard.WTAF?! I don't know if you were short staffed or something, (hey we've all been there before on both ends of it), but if that's the issue please be slower instead of worse. I can wait.I feel robbed having paid money for what just happened.

Truly pathetic attempt at competency. We waited literally over 20 minutes in the drive thru line for two drinks. There appeared to be at least 3 or 4 employees inside. This kind of slow service for such mediocre/overpriced drinks is unacceptable. We won’t be back to this location unless something changes. The audacity to have tip jars out after paying almost $10 for a drink is insane. Please steer clear and go elsewhere for your overpriced coffee drinks, this place isn’t it.
