THANK YOU, WENDY’S! From my whole family. We tried getting food at another restaurant and were ignored for 20 minutes, so we came here cuz we had a show to get to and the other place was not helping. They were pretty fast, we got everything we ordered, everything was delicious, the staff was nice enough, and we were on our way to our show. Thank you again Wendy’s!
Waited 20 minutes. I went through the drive thru and they told me to pull ahead as the chicken wasn’t ready. Twenty minutes later the guy brought out our order and said they “forgot”. I called and talked to the manager and he literally said “What do you want me tondo about it? “. I said “Hell you could have thrown in a coupon for something free since we had to wait”. But no! That manager had no clue as what he should do.
Doordasher stole on order. DoorDash app did nothing to help us. The management here replaced our order. They went above and beyond and were awesome in the exchange after an already eventful day for my family. Awesome, truly awesome staff.
