Literally pulled up to the speaker. Sat there for 4 minutes. I said hello in a friendly manner. Person on the other end replied, “Stop saying hello, I’ll be with you in a minute.” I said, “ Well I only said it once and that’s very rude.” Pulled around to her leaning out the window screaming profanities at me. I went with my family a few days ago. In the middle of placing our order, the employee began responding very rudely to us over the speaker. We informed them that we did nothing to deserve being talked to this way and that they could just cancel our order. One would figure that was that, right? Nope.
