Fast food? No. Waiting over 30 minutes yes. The general manager and who ever owns this burger king should be ashamed of themselves. The other burger king is just as bad on wixom road so I figure its ran by the same dimwitt. Get some more employees in these stores. 2 people is not enough to run a fast food store. You're putting your employees through so much because you too busy trying to save a dollar....in the richest county in Michigan. Shame

Considering it's a Burger King, you'll never receive the service anywhere in this day and age in fast food like the gentleman at the window at this remodeled Burger King. He has a way with the customer that shows that he cares about the customer and the product being sold. This young man is headed for good things and I told him so. I didn't get his name but the next time I will and I'll edit at this post. Burger King with five stars? Who'da thunk it.

I accidentally drove off without my credit card a few days ago. I came back today trying to retrace my steps and the manager and staff, (Kevin, Chris and Darell) were super kind and helpful and immediately went back and grabbed it for me. Awesome people!

I haven't been to this Burger King in years because it sucked so bad, but family wanted Burger King so I decided to brave it. They must be under new management or ownership or both because the staff was SO nice. I went inside to order a to go order. I messed up when I ordered and they very nicely made the order the way I needed it. They were training someone new so it took a bit longer but they were so nice and patient with the new person too, that it didn't even matter that it took an extra 5 mins. I highly recommend this Burger King now, and I am so glad corporate finally gave it the attention it deserved.

The customer service was incredible. The man at the window (Kevin) was so nice and treated us with respect and as human being rather than a customer. By the end I had to say that it was the best customer service I've ever received at another Burger King that isn't my own which is the one off Union Lk. I had to give him a $5 tip for his generosity and complements.

holy shit my classmates were working up here and they put MAYO ON MY CHEESEBURGER WHEN I TOLD THEM MFS NOT TOO. Don't waste your time here by the way, because their Drive through Microphones weren't working so we had to order through the window, but we never did because another car was already ahead of us, waited about 15 minutes before we pulled off and went to the McDonalds across the street, please don't waste your time or money here.

Just got the worst whopper I've ever had. No mustard, ketchup, onion, or tomato. A tiny piece of lettuce and covered with mayo. I just scraped the mayo off to be able to eat it. Yuck. I asked for no pickles and got nothing but mayo, and about 100 napkins.

Cam here on a Sunday for work went through the drive through got a royal chicken and ate 3/4 of it and it was COVERED IN MOLD. came back to get a refund and all the wanted to do was give me food. No thank you. The manager is clearly not in the right state of mind. I will never come here again and I hope you guys get shut down
