I accidentally drove off without my credit card a few days ago. I came back today trying to retrace my steps and the manager and staff, (Kevin, Chris and Darell) were super kind and helpful and immediately went back and grabbed it for me. Awesome people!
I haven't been to this Burger King in years because it sucked so bad, but family wanted Burger King so I decided to brave it. They must be under new management or ownership or both because the staff was SO nice. I went inside to order a to go order. I messed up when I ordered and they very nicely made the order the way I needed it. They were training someone new so it took a bit longer but they were so nice and patient with the new person too, that it didn't even matter...
The customer service was incredible. The man at the window (Kevin) was so nice and treated us with respect and as human being rather than a customer. By the end I had to say that it was the best customer service I've ever received at another Burger King that isn't my own which is the one off Union Lk. I had to give him a $5 tip for his generosity and complements.
