My daughter and I were at the drive through last night, February 26th at 7:55pm. In our order was a chicken sandwich. There was a very nice young man working the drive-through. The chicken sandwich was taking extra long to cook. He expressed concern a couple times, and showed true empathy. There is no way somebody could get upset with the way this gentleman handled the situation. He is definitely an asset to the store and to Burger King. I am just sorry I did not ask his name...
It seems that every time I visit this location there are issues that prevent a 5 star review. This time it was a 5 minute wait to give my order at the drivethru screen The crewman apologized for the delay as they were short handed. I get that as it's a common thing these days. The Whopper Jr. Combo food was fresh & hot.
