Slow and rude service and they messed up my order. Very disappointing

I ordered the #12 beach club, got home 20 minutes later and the employee put zero turkey in this sandwich. I tried to send an email to Jimmy John's via email with my complaint and attached a photo of the sandwich with no turkey on it and the Jimmy John's site blocked me. 🤦♀️

Arrived at 8:53pm tonight and tried going inside but the door was locked so I went through the drive through. They helped the vehicle in front of me but told me that they were closed at the moment when I pulled up to order at 8:56pm. I also called ahead to make sure they were open until 9 and they said yes. I pulled up to the window but the employee refused to help me, even though I arrived before 9 and would have been gone by then as well. Disappointing.

Worst location, avoid. Decided to give them another chance but same crappy service. A lettuce wrap shouldn’t be a single piece of lettuce with stuff haphazardly thrown on it and rolled in paper. Fell apart as I barely opened the wrapper and I needed a fork to eat it. If I wanted a salad I would’ve gone to Panera. Also paid for extra meat and it was definitely not given. I never do reviews but this was so awful I felt it was warranted.

Along with what the other reviews have been saying the people working aren’t friendly and could use some customer service skills. The guy making the sub kept sniffing his snot and made wanting to stay to eat uncomfortable. The pop machine had a massive spider web on it and the store wasn’t clean.
