Was at the drive thru at about 7:45 nov 18 . iI felt that I was interrupting each person I came into contact with. The person taking the order would hardly let me get a word out of my mouth without talking over me, is that all? Is that all? Let me speak and then you will know if that is all. I believe the woman taking the money wasvon the phone no receipt offered.but the young lady giving me my food was the worst. Practically threw the bag at me…. When I ask if there was ketchup in the bag( which I asked for when I ordered but he was not listening) you would think I was asking her to make the ketchup! She handed me the drink closed the window immediately and turned her back. I had ordered a large she gave me a medium. When I got her attention all she said was its a medium, and again walked away. So heres the deal the guy taking the order was not listening and didn’t put in the right order, I was not given a receipt so I could not prove what I paid for and the extremely rude young lady was not going to listen anyway. I don’t usually complain knowing everyone can have a bad moment but the entire staff is poor management

When it comes to fast food; consistency is key. This McDonalds always makes the order correctly. Filet O-Fish is always fresh. Fries are spot on, and can’t go wrong with a Big Mac. This location is further for me but for the value and consistency of service I have no problem going a couple extra miles for that peace of mind.

The restaurant was very clean and the service was very good. We placed our order and then the kids played on the playscape. The food came out quickly to our table. The playscape is smaller so it was perfect for my toddlers.
Very polite staff. Manager (I think) made frequent rounds to ensure customer satisfaction and cleanliness of the eating spaces.

A “little extra” tartar sauce does not mean drown the sandwich in tartar sauce so it’s all over the box by the time you get home.

Nuggets are not good!!! No flavor and they have chewy pieces in them. Didn't even eat all of them. Very disappointing for all McDonald's. Employees were great!
