I came into this Starbucks having a good day. I was happy because I was about to redeem my birthday drink since it's MY birthday! Before I say what happened. I need you as the reader to know that I'm a very patient person. I've worked at a fast food restaurant so I know how it can get when it's only YOU working. It's hard I get it. But a customers experience should always be a good one, no matter what! Now with what happened, the barista, SEAN, was making a big order. Sean was huffing, puffing, and rolling his eyes. He even started throwing containers AGGRESSIVELY into the sink. That scared my sister and I. We waited for 20 minutes, which honestly was no problem at all because we weren't in a hurry. He was ready to take our order. I greeted him kindly and he greeted me in a rude manner. I let that slide because I could tell that he was frustrated. I quickly asked my sister what size drink she wanted, so that SEAN wouldn't get more upset and he slammed his hand onto the register. I was startled by his actions and immediately said "you're being so rude right now.." and SEAN replied with "and so what?".......I shouldn't have been treated that way. All I wanted was to redeem my birthday drink. Hopefully management sees this and takes care of him. There's been other times where he's been rude to my friends and I. But, we had let that slide because it wasn't AS BAD as today. Please look into new crew. I know that's easier said than done. But I hope management takes care of this so that it doesn't happen again in the future. Thank you.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! The worker SEAN. An old man with glasses and long hair had a huge attitude problem. RUDEST MAN EVER! Who makes a girl cry on their birthday? If Sean’s so upset about doing his own job and lashing out on customers, then I feel like he shouldn’t be working there in the first place. Now I’m a teen and work at a fast food restaurant. I understand it’s hard to take care of customers alone. I really do but I would NEVER lash out on a customer because that is so Unprofessional! If my general manager saw how he acted in our store, he would get fired. From the start my sister was so nice, even AFTER he was being rude, she was still nice. He rudely asks us what we want. My sister turns to me and asks me what size I wanted and as I tell her, she turns over to him and I look away when all of a sudden I hear a bang and I immediately jump and look over. There I see SEAN all mad, and my sister is shocked from his reaction. He was upset all because my sister asked me a simple question. So horrible. I don’t want to be that customer who cusses out the worker because that would be really inappropriate. As an 18 year old in the food service and has dealt with customers, my advice for SEAN, stay calm and do better. Thank you.

Today was the WORST experience!! If I could rate this experience a ZERO, I would. Usually we’ve been attended good at this location, but this hasn’t been the first time we’ve encountered SEAN. He has been RUDE previous times, however not to the extent of today’s experience. The employee SEAN was very rude to my cousin this afternoon. She PATIENTLY waited 20 MINUTES for him to attend her. She understood that he was the only person attending customers, there was 3 people waiting to get their order taken. Also, it was not a big order, my cousin was going to order only 2 drinks for her birthday. We all understand employee shortage and also have worked in the restaurant industry, but very UNPROFESSIONAL to roll your eyes, bang on the countertop and act VERY RUDELY towards a customer. Especially on their birthday! When she started ordering, she always says MAY I PLEASE HAVE…. And then her order, she is very PATIENT and RESPECTFUL. She was asking her sister what size drink she wanted in order to not keep Sean waiting since she had realized he was already in a BAD MOOD after attending the previous customer. Mind you, while he was making the previous drinks, he was throwing things in the sink and huffing and puffing. When she commented about his attitude and said he was being rude. He responded RUDELY with “and so what?” Needless to say, we will no longer be purchasing anything at this local Starbucks. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I hope management can take care of this situation to prevent other customers from getting the same HORRIBLE experience.

They don’t brew fresh coffee here, most of the time coffee comes out of carafe( not fresh and definitely not hot). It’s probably because they’ve low foot traffic. I would still prefer visiting a proper Starbucks store for a fresh cup of coffee.

Definitely won’t be coming back. Menu wasn’t up and when it came to the barista, giving me help, she act like I was a big inconvenience to her. I am newly vegan and I wanted some vegan friendly options after she rudely answered my questions I picked a drink I found suitable for me, which was a latte. She made my drink wrong, and when I asked for a refund, she completely ignored me and just remade the drink and refused to make contact with me. Starbucks definitely needs some retraining to their employees. What ever happened to customer service.
