I ordered a mobile order and in all caps said dressing on the side. It was on the salad and sandwich. When I told him that he said oh I didn’t look at that and didn’t offer to make the order the right way. Won’t be going back!!
Store says open till 9 but it was closed at 5pm. We saw people in there but no one opened the door they looked like they were just goofing off. Horrible place. Next time ill go to the other subway.
Will NEVER go back to this location. I placed an order through the app at 7:55 and it said it would be ready at 8:15. I showed up to the store at 8:20 (mind you they close at 9!) and the lights were off. My app is showing that the order is still waiting for me to pick it up!!!
Can't use coupons that they mail to the area around the store.
Great service for the staff working in hell. Air conditioning has not worked for months and is actually hotter inside than outside. Needs updated, feels 20yrs old fake brick n plants.
Wheelchair accessibility: Complex needs to remark handclap spots and call to enforce especially to the owner of the spa next-door that parks her car outfront to unload groceries no consideration for other people.

0 stars. Horrible service from a worker who is clearly so doped up on drugs she can't even think or stand up straight. I walked out without my food. Absolutely ridiculous.
Went to the store at 8:30p, they close at 9pm. The person in the store turned off the lights when I was walking up, and had the door locked already. Not sure that’s a good way to run a business.
Place is 50/50 and the staff tend to be... well not great let's just say that. The store itself also just gives this uncanny vibe when you walk in, not very welcoming.

Absolutely disgusted right now!! I had a meal with a large drink noticed something black in my cup so I dumped it out only to find several bits of what looked like Black mildew or mold.

We ordered 2 footlong subs online for pickup. One was the BMT and 1 was the Great Garlic with extra garlic sauce. Not only was there no extra garlic sauce, there was no garlic sauce at all. No garlic flavor at all. There was literally a teaspoon of mayo on one end of the sub. The chicken was very dry. The lettuce was very soggy. I'm including a pic of the sad sub. The BMT was a sad, soggy mess that was less than adequate. Your promo is pro athletes proferring your subs? My guess is if an athlete came to the Walled Lake location to order a sub, they'd throw the sub back and go to Penn Station. What a disappointment. Especially when there were zero customers in the store. Maybe you'd have customers if you made your subs worthy of the $12+ you charge us. I'll stick to making my own.

5 Stars for professionalism! Although my online order was accidentally overlooked, the employees/manager at this location were very friendly and apologetic. They made my sandwiches (which were delicious!) quickly and gave me free chips for the inconvenience. Keep up the good work!!!

I ordered the boss which has meatballs with marinara sauce. The sauce was BROWN. Yep BROWN marinara sauce. The employee openly admitted that the meatballs were made in the morning and it was almost 5pm. I was appalled and it seemed like he didn’t have a clue to respond to my disdain for brown marinara sauce and just stared at me like a deer at headlights. So frigging revolting. NEVER AGAIN AT THAT PARTICULAR SUBWAY

I should have heeded all the 1 star reviews. Placed an online order for pickup of 2 footlong Boss subs. Went to pickup my order, and 2 six-inch subs were waiting for me. I notified the kid at the counter, who apologized and offered to make me 2 more 6-inches to make up for it. He was polite, so of course I accepted.When I got home, we noticed that none of the subs were toasted, as was in the item description. When we started eating, we noticed that there was no pepperoni or anything resembling parmesan cheese, also in the item description.Very disappointed at spending $23 for these. Will go to Jimmy Johns in the future!
