This place is no Bueno! .. I order a box and they shorted me the items that came in the crave box they also shorted my Dorito Loco taco .. nothing is more aggravating than paying overpriced for Taco Bell. Let her loan getting gypped on your items that you paid for. Please do better

Love to indulge in Taco Bell every once in a while. I give 3 stars due to missing items within my order. It is not right to serve a shorted order and ask the customer to drive back. My time and gas for my car cost money too.

James was amazing!! Wonderful customer service very patient with me and explained and answered all my questions!!! I myself have been a general manager in the food industry for over 20 years!! So I am very picky because I expect the quality standards I serve. And the food and the customer service was absolutely wonderful thank you so much
They mess up my order every single time. I have yet, out of many years, gotten 1 fully correct order. It's unfortunate because I really like getting taco bell on my lunch break.

Worst place to go to in Walled Lake. Rarely do they get the orders correct, if you decide to go, plan to wait in the drive-thru for a half hour with only one person in of you, they’re randomly closed during lunchtime every now and again, place is terrible. One of their employees a long while back accidentally dropped a broken drink carrier with 3 drinks in my truck and waved her arms in the air and walked away. Go to Commerce.

First visit here was fantastic, but ever time I've gone since has been a disaster. It seems it's always busy, and always slow.Edit: if you want to order at the counter staff just tells you to use kiosks. Not their fault but if I wanted to order on a screen I'd have done so with my own device.
