I under stand that people are struggling to staff their establishments. But this is ridiculous. I have not been to this Wendy’s in about 4 months due to my last experience. Last time i waited in line about 50 minutes only to be told at 8:30pm that the customer in front of me was the last for the day they were not longer taking orders because they needed to close by 9pm. I was amazed. I contacted customer service several times and asked for a call back from a general manager...read full review
