Holland Michigan wingstop messed my order up and when i called to trying get the rest of my order the guy was mad and was getting loud so i told him I was going come down there i wanted to talk to a manger. then he told me he was gonna call the cops on me if I showed up. when I arrived the guy was talking about me to other employees and customers cussing. then he started yelling and cussing at me infront of everyone they had to physically pull the guy to the back. I should of recorded it but I just wanted my food to feed my family. I will never go back there. I love the food but the disrespect and the humiliation I felt can i never go back there.

I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

Ordered a 50 piece lemon pepper wings. We received wings with feathers still all over them. Fried up feathers. 😳 Called customer service x3. Sent pictures. Left a message for the store we bought them at. No communication back from customer service or the store. Horrible customer service. Didn't do anything to make it right.

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

I don't think I've ever left a 1 star review I absolutely hate it because there are people working there who were doing a good job but the extremely rude counter guy ruined that.. Completely ignored me and actually took care of a customer who had walked in after I did. When I said I was there first he continued to get that guy's food while mine was getting cold on the shelf. The manager is actually the one who gave me the bag mind you I never even asked the manager he overheard me talking to the guy in the front and came to help out. Get home the fries aren't even in there, paid $25 for horrible service and missing food. I returned and asked for the manager and the counter guy had the audacity to argue with me and never apologized at all. I get it mistakes happen but I work in customer service it's all about how you handle the mistakes. This kid should not have a job working the front. I will absolutely never return to this location. Sad because I like Wingstop.

This is the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. Rubbery inedible chicken, the breading completely fell off and turned into a disgusting mush. This place should just be shut down. No one deserves to be served garbage. If Wingstop reads this, I would like a full refund.

The Florence KY location used DoorDash as their 3rd party for deliveries. This is not a choice we make as customers, this is their own business decision. Today, the restaurant forgot to put half our order in the sealed bag, and when contacted, blamed DoorDash for the missing items in the sealed bag, and told us they could not help us, that we had to reach out to DoorDash. As a client, I’m not responsible for who you choose as your delivery partner. That’s your problem to deal with. Had the staff hang up on me, and on my second call I finally reached an extremely unprofessional and barely useful ā€œmanagerā€. They acted like they were doing us a solid by ā€œallowingā€ us to pick up the missing items ourselves from the restaurant. Still missing items in that second attempt, but at this point we’re quite done dealing with the level of incompetence being displayed by this wingstop location. TL:DR avoid the Florence KY Wingstop. They mess up your order, don’t own up to their mistakes, and try to blame everyone else for items they forgot to put into your bag. The management here is laughably incompetent. They also refuse to disclose their names over the phone, as they know how completely useless they are.
