A little shocked at all the negative reviews - thankfully most if not all my wingstop experiences have been good! No complaints about my food / orders, love wings/tenders! And the ranch is to die for. However yes it does take what feels like years to receive your food occasionally. A few times I have walked in with multiple people cramped waiting.
I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.
Chicken, corn, veggies and sauces are great!
Fries are never crispy, even if they are well done. They need to be double fried or use a firmer potato.
Staff is always welcoming and fast.
