This place is amazing. Matt and his team provide top notch service. The quality of the wines available on tap at the price point is incredible, especially for this area of the state, where everything is over priced. There appears to be personally-motivated negative reviews on here, which is a shame but I can assure you; they're not accurate :) Give watershed a try for anything from a college basketball game to a relaxed glass of wine at the bar and you'll be happy you came.

I would never support this business or any other business under the current ownership. The owners make dishonest, selfish and shady business decisions. They don't seem to sincerely care about the local community, but only their own personal gain. If you are a local, please consider other options in the surrounding area. The concept is good and I would be interested in supporting under different ownership.

Walloon Watershed is a dream! The atmosphere is incredible and so cozy. We had the brisket sliders and they were incredibly tasty and filling. The wine menu was unique but with the classic. Service was top of the line. This will be a regular hang out for us!

Served the wrong alcohol half the time. we would run out and Matt (the owner would only buy when he thought his customers would figure it out.) and would serve half grade alcohol in his cocktails and charge premium in his drinks. it made me sick.

Love this new addition to the Village! It is an inviting, well designed and decorated atmosphere with cozy seating areas for both intimate and larger gatherings. The cocktails, wine and beer selections are great. The charcuterie boards are wonderful! We would love to see them improve the crust on the flatbread and increase menu choices. Great job, Matt and Meagan!
