Atmosphere was great. Service was outstanding . Drinks were excellent.. Margarita pizza was mostly just dough. Maybe they waived a tomato over it. Burrata had 3 strawberries with it. Food definitely isn't there thing. A little tune up on food and it would be over the top..

So 12 of us tried to go to the Watershed last night and they couldn’t accommodate us inside and said the patio was closed and they couldn’t open it because they told clients sitting inside that the patio was closed and they didn’t want to upset them. Nothing was said about being short staffed, etc. So we took our northern Michigan group of ladies and went to the outside bar at the Barrelback, where Nick was happy to serve us and we spent our money there instead. I guess the Watershed is doing so well that they don’t need the local business. 🤷♀️
I gave them good ratings on food and atmosphere because when they will seat you, its a fun place to go!

Such a special place! We went for the first time tonight and it's our new favorite place! Three of us sat at the bar. The live music and beautiful decor helped set the cool vibe. Ashton our bartender made us delicious cocktails - pistachio martini, espresso martini and tequila on the rocks. We ordered the charcuterie board, shrimp cocktail, pepperoni flatbread, and ceaser salad. All delicious!! A particular favorite for us were the tuna tacos - we had two orders. Can't say enough good things!! Love this addition to Walloon.

Their semi deliveries block the entire lane of traffic and we are unable to see around it and that makes it hard to see the oncoming traffic. Please stop obstructing the road, it's almost caused accidents while your rude delivery driver does nothing.

This place is amazing. Matt and his team provide top notch service. The quality of the wines available on tap at the price point is incredible, especially for this area of the state, where everything is over priced. There appears to be personally-motivated negative reviews on here, which is a shame but I can assure you; they're not accurate :) Give watershed a try for anything from a college basketball game to a relaxed glass of wine at the bar and you'll be happy you came.

I would never support this business or any other business under the current ownership. The owners make dishonest, selfish and shady business decisions. They don't seem to sincerely care about the local community, but only their own personal gain. If you are a local, please consider other options in the surrounding area. The concept is good and I would be interested in supporting under different ownership.
