Love Andiamo! My dinner guest and I had an exquisite time as always! Only thing I can say is I miss the Mille Grazie rewards program! Only wish it would come back or something similar!

Server might have been overwhelmed as his tables were spread out in different sections. Never received refills on water even when requested. Never received more bread when requested. Although this might have been the fault of the bus boy. Food was good.

I would never recommend Andiamo Banquet Center Warren to any of my family members, friends or associates. On March 1, 2024, I sent Dawn Lagocki the Banquet Center Manager an email to inquire about packages, pricing and possible event dates. Our first encounter was pleasant and friendly. On March 7, 2024 I booked my birthday event date for January of next year. Over this next few months I found out my so very bad new regarding my son health that will cause me to shift my focus from playing a party to taking care of my child. So I made the best decision for my family and I cancelled my event. On July 11, 2024 I emailed Dawn Lagocki regarding my event cancellation and I requested the next steps regarding refund of my deposit. Per the contract the request MUST be done in writing. So I did that. Now from July 11th until August 9, 2024 I haven’t heard from the company. No emails, phone calls or letters by mail. So I decided to get in my car and drive to Warren to have a conversation with Dawn just to see why I never received a call from her nor did she respond to my email. When I arrived and I informed Dawn of who I was and why’d I come there. Dawn stated that she forwarded the email to Cheryl and she thought she had taken care of this. Then she proceeded to tell me that she needed to talk with Cheryl and would need to call me back when she has a decision on what we were doing about your refund. I told Dawn that calling me later after I have driven there and also sent an email requesting cancellation with no response 1 month later was not going to work… Dawn then acted as if she was unaware of processing the refund so she took my contract with my letter of cancellation and my credit card to another part of the building for over 20mins. When she returned she told me that she had processed the refund but no one would be here tomorrow to RELEASE THE HOLD! So she would have to RELEASE it when she was back in the office on Tuesday which was 4 days later. Today is Wednesday the 14th of August I called Dawn to confirm the Release only to get NO answer. As soon as I hung up the voicemail Dawn sends me and email stating, “ the refund who take up to 40 days before its complete. The company is not honest nor do they stand by their contract. I’m so angry with the lack of communication, transparency and professionalism. I will never book Andiamos Banquet Center Warren ever again.

I have been to the restaurant twice with friends since moving to Warren in June. Pleasant restaurant. Very good menu and broad offerings. Everything was well prepared and presented. Good portions. Reasonably priced. Attentive and responsive wait staff. Plan to return.

My dear wife and I held our eldest daughter's wedding reception here on 24 May, 2024. What a wonderful venue and staff...!
Andiamo's has the very best food and the wedding reception was a resounding success. Many of our guests made it a point to tell us the staff and food were first rate, to say nothing of the incredible decor, an assessment with which we heartily agree!
SPECIAL Kudos to "Mr. K", who very unobtrusively went to each and every table to ensure each guest was properly cared for. Ditto for his entire staff, including Cheryl, Dawn and Sherry...!
We were all greeted with appetizers and drinks in a way that blended courtesy with efficiency. They were all very professional, kind and attentive to even the finest details and individual desires.
The chefs are outstanding and the food tasted as if it came directly from the finest restaurants in Italy itself.
We SO enjoyed the sheer abundance of delicious pastries as well.
THANK YOU for your professionalism as well as treating us like family. We couldn't have felt more pleased nor better cared for.

Huge facility nicely sized for shows. Menu is catered to groups not couples

We made a reservation. Arrived on time, was sat promptly...then no one came to greet us for 15 minutes. Had to get up and let hostess know that we haven't waited on. Servers were going by us yet no one cared enough to notice that we just sat there without help. This is so unlike our other experiences at the restaurant. The server finally came by and mentioned that no one told her she had our table. The menu given to us was not the complete menu, prices were a couple dollars more for most and there was a 20% tip imposed on the meal. We love getting the lasagna, but not in the menu. I ended up with Veal Scaloppine that was so tough and salty. My husband had the Chicken and said it was okay. At that point, we just wanted to leave. Even with the Father's Day meal deal, the bill with 2 drinks and 2 meals came to almost $90 with to 20% tip we were forced to give for less than stellar service. We would have gladly given the 20% tip if we had excellent service. Just sad...and frustrated.

As always the food was exceptional. I ordered their veal dish and was very pleased with the tenderness of the veal and the portion. It came with your choice of soup or salad and vegetable. I chose the minestrone soup which was very flavorful. The bread served with dinner is warm and delicious. Our waiter was very pleasant and really helpful with describing the specials. He was also very attentive but didn't rush us through our meal.

I had two people on my bill they put automatic gratuity for five on my check after they ran my card and brought it to me to sign so the bill for two people I had to leave a tip of 25$ on a 119$ bill was absolutely ridiculous tips are suppose to be at the consumer choice not because adiamo refuses to pay their employees a livable wage and I will never eat here again I am sick of restaurants adding fees to the checks for horrible food and horrible service the food was over priced and nasty the quantity was like a kid portion and the price gouging has got to STOP I am advising everyone I know to not eat here! This was the worst dining out experience

Me and my partner did not like our meal. There wasn't enough seasoning and the sauce wasn't good. But maybe it was just the specific dish we ordered. The dessert was good though.

Went on Mother's Day, there were 2 screaming babies which the restaurant couldn't do anything about. The food was great, although some choices were sold out. I'd definitely go again.

Took my family there for Mother's Day and everyone in my party contracted food poising. 2 days later, me and my wife still feel horrible. For the prices they are charging, I would at least expect our meals to be prepared and served in sanitary conditions. Never going back!

The service was outstanding, but it was a limited menu and the food was kind of bland to be honest. My wife had the five pepper chicken and I had Olivia's chicken and they both could have used more flavor.

Andiamo is the premier place to hold events. I just had an 85th birthday party for my husband at the banquet center; the majority of my 100+ guests commented on how wonderful the venue was and raved about the food served family style. Just a wonderful experience.
