I had bought tickets for The Four Tops. There were 4 of us at table 73. All of us had at lat 3 drinks that we had goton ourselves and started with a in house pizza... DEFINATELY FROZEN DOUGH,with he sauce and cheese on it separated because the kitchen should have unthawed it first. Had to ask the bartender if there was a way to find our waiter for the firs 45 minutes we were there.Than we ordered steak/portabella mushrooms,the italian sald,mixed green salad and pasta which were ok. Our entire table was filled with other people and all of us filled out slips for a free show and they sat at our table because our waiter
forgot about the entire table.very dissapointed

When you go to see an entertainer you expected to last longer than 1 hour. I have not discussed this with them yet but I plan on it. If they want to do that at least give us a heads up before we spend $85 for an hour show

My husband surprised me with tickets for the culinary experience with the head chef yesterday, and after several requests of having bread on the table to snack on while we waited for our meals, the staff refused to provide any/couldn’t as they had “no bread”. As a cooking class, I understand the portions were small, but at least offer bread or crackers to snack on before the meals were served. Coupons for 25% off were given, but we didn’t have enough time to dine afterwards and so we had to go somewhere else for more food.

I also understand that though this was the first culinary experience held, a few suggestions for next year or the next time that this happens. The sound system needs to be better as we were sitting in the back of the room and could not hear anything over everyone else’s chatter. We were unable to see chef cook as cameras were placed on either side of him and were not showing much detail. As such, I feel the tickets were overpriced as we did not have a great experience.

Took my wife for her first time Valentine day we enjoyed the show , not sure what happened with server’s we were given dessert before dinner , dinner was chicken risotto mine was under cooked so I ask could they redo it they was like sure but when it came out it was worse so no dinner for me or my wife, wofe doesn’t like to send food back but I could tell hers was too she only ate the chicken.

I don’t know what happened to andiamo downfall they used to be one of the best places to go out and eat the steak. Me and my wife had and a lobster was one of the worst we’ve ever had

Denise was the most wonderful server—and human being. We are from Oregon, but will return for all the wonderful food and service…and to see Denise one last time! What a superlative restaurant and the entire staff—did I mention Denise? 😉.

I reached out over a month ago to inquire about booking a private event and never received a response. I followed proper channels via email and allowed ample time, but unfortunately received no follow-up at all. As a business owner myself, I find this lack of communication very unprofessional and disappointing. Even a brief response would have been appreciated. Customer service and timely communication matter, especially when someone is looking to host an event.

Will NEVER buy tickets for a show there again! The tables were so close together that people are practically sitting on your lap. Wanted to eat dinner but the menu was a smaller version than the one I looked at online, not even steak was available. I can’t imagine it’s not against some fire law it’s so very crowded. Do yourself a favor and save your money.

Amanda was our server and in our opinion she represented Andiamo in the very best way.
She was efficient, had knowledge of the wine and food menu and was a complete professional. We overheard her interaction with the adjacent diners regarding their payment issues and were very impressed at her demeanor and professionalism in handling the issue.
Because of this young lady-we will return.
Thank you for hiring Amanda, she is a true credit to this restaurant.

The chicken Marsala was oily and missing the cream. Doesn’t compare with the other locations chicken Marsala. Even asking the waitress and was told there have been no changes to the dish. So disappointed.

RANDALL

It is an excellent restaurant because the environment is comfortable and appealing, the presentation, taste, quantity and temperature of the food was excellent. The service was outstanding. Very aware of where we were, starting with cocktails, wine and appetizers, with no pressure to order, never waited for items, keep wine glasses filled. All food delivered for all of us at one time. We basically had 2 1/2+ hours of enjoyable dinner.
