I haven't had a pizza from here in years. When I lived on Herbert I bought it 2x a week. I'll have to try them again to see if they make them better than the last time.

We were craving a Chicago Style pizza the night we ordered and after hunting on the internet, we found Anthony's. Unfortunately, it was okay, nothing to write home about. It was our first time here. The staff was very friendly and polite on the phone and in person. The place wasn't very hard to find. The pizza was ready on time and it was made correctly but that was about all I can say that we liked about it.We ordered a 'Chicago' Style pizza with mushrooms, onions, sausage, and pepperoni as well as a large round sausage. First, I say 'Chicago' because this wasn't a true Chicago style pizza. This pizza was more like a round Detroit style pizza because there wasn't a top crust, just a bottom crust, toppings, cheese, and sauce. Next, their signature sauce tasted overly sweet; this wasn't just the opinion of 1 but 3 adults and the 3 kids said it tasted off (probably the sweetest).Overall, everyone has their own taste. Don't let this review stop you from trying them. You may love them like other reviewers have or you may not. They're just not for us. They've been in business for a long time so they must be doing something right!
