These people robbed me I had a bill for $49. I left a six dollar tip and at 1 o’clock in the morning I get a charge for $65. You tell me how that’s possible.? I won’t ever ever ever go here again they stole and they think it’s cool to change people checks at the end of the day. I don’t even understand how I got a separate charge. One charge said one thing when I left the restaurant I wake up at 1 o’clock in the morning that charge is gone in our place with a charge. It’s almost 20 bucks higher. That is insane. You can just change what my bill is randomly even when I’m not there. Lol.

Wish I could give NO STARS! The service is terrible they hire the worst crew over and over. But today will be my last day eating here. The waitress neglected my order 4 different times after leaving my table. And finally after we received our food it was COLD AND HAD HAIR IN IT! I waited a hour for a refill as she floated to other tables on a slow day. Also i was almost charged for something I didn’t receive. We did not receive silverware with our meal, the host forgot to provide those as well as I asked several of times, I finally received some after asking someone other than our waitress. Lastly, once I finally think my order is right I cut open my steak after I asked for well done and it was raw. Please drive past this non establishment and try a different location. I never have problems at the Roseville location.
Our waiter Allen was excellent we wanted for nothing he was attentive at all times the food was great also

I had wonton chichen tacos for an appetizer. They are excellent. My steak is cooked to perfection & the garlic mash are delicious. Francis is super nice & competent!

This was my first time patronizing this particular Applebees. Even though there was a group of employees conversing at a table, we were not greeted at the door…just a distant hand motion for us to sit at the bar if that’s where we wanted to sit. The bartender/waitress was inattentive throughout our experience as we had to keep calling her name to get service. The manager eventually came out from the back and buffered that situation without incident, so that was kind of cool. Now whoever was in the back cooking that food needs an award!!! I had ribeye steak, double mashed potatoes and broccoli and I left no crumbs!!! That was the best meal I had at an Applebees in a long time! Everything was absolutely perfect, no doggie bag needed. I wish I could’ve gave the tip to the cook instead. My friend had the chicken alfredo and he was equally satisfied w his meal. So overall, the service was subpar, but the food was top tier! The food is what I’ll be back for, real soon! I recommend this place!

Came on February 11 around 9 pm pretty slow but for some reason my service was horrible took at least 10 minutes for a service and I I order a beer to start but they don’t have what I want they run out and food took for ever smell of joint inside as well terrible service and atmosphere here first time and last … horrible experience
