THE MANAGER made my sandwich wrong then stated that they had other orders they wer making and made my sandwich wrong. 3 employees standing around but they are that busy. Then they don't even know what items they have when asked for a side of the sauce that goes on the gyro. They have messed my order up several times. NOT WORTH THE HEAD ACHE

This location sucks. A few weeks ago we ordered a few sandwiches to go. When we pulled them out of the bag, it looked like someone punched every single one of them before they were put in the bag; Mangled, flat messes inside of each wrapping. Tonight, we picked up an order and brought it home...the Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich had NO CHICKEN on it. Like, seriously?

Half the order was missing, f they forgot the sauces to the French dips, didn’t give a receipt and is now refusing to correct the order BECAUSE THEY FORGOT THE RECEIPT. Garbage.

On 12/08/2024. Approx. 6:30. Purchased 2 Reuben's and fries. Approx. 24.00 Dollars. Got home and took a bite out of the Reuben and seen the bread had "MOLD". Went back with my purchase. Asked to speak with a manager. Had to wait until she finished her cig and phone call. Showed her the Reubens, and receipt. She called out to a worker you need to check the bread. Then left with my receipt, With out saying a word to me. Not a sorry, how can I make this right. She came back approx. 3-4 mins and returned my money. And again walked away with out saying a word. I spoke with the worker and asked that's your manager, where is the customer service? As the manager was going though the dinning room .She heard what I had said. And said DON"T COME BACK. And went back to her phone and another cig .in front of Arby's.

Horrible experience I ordered the number one double meat which is supposed to come with double cheese I did not get no double cheese I got a quarter size squirt of cheese on the top one. When my fiance brought it to the counter they told her 80 cents for some cheese what should have been on there I used to work for Arby's in 2012. Just never heard of charging somebody $0.80 for something that should have already been on there and her demeanor was rude the employees all looked at us like we were crazy and it was very not appreciated at all worst Arby's ever so far.

African American male that wants to be female had me waiting in drive threw for 10 with no one at the window so I went in and I asked to speak to the person working drive thru and he said that they got to do a lot of things in there I said that is irrelevant customers are number one then a old white lady intervene and asked me the order person I gave it to her and told her I will be back to speak to a manager and get with corporate. The African-American man kept on speaking stupid to me. I feel that the staff their knee better training and how to run The restaurant better or the continue getting bad ratings and bad service from people and people don’t wanna spend their And the place will have to close
