My husband goes here almost every Monday and Friday. He orders the market fresh turkey with extra lettuce for me, and they always do a fantastic job.I appreciate them for getting my order right. ☺️

We love the fish sandwiches, we went into the restaurant, took maybe 5 minutes then out the door and couple of days later we went through the drive-thru with one car ahead of us and I swear we waited 15 minutes. The husband was livid. But the food is good..Hoover and 10 Mile store, Warren.

Now that they don't have the market fresh BLT I won't be back. They didn't even tell me when I ordered they didn't have it any long and gave me the most horrid thing I've ever eaten. Sorry but I won't be back.

Well....I was so excited to try ! The Chicken had a good taste. Didn't realize it was only Legs & Thighs when I ordered the 6 piece bucket, but..ok. I kept my order. They didn't have the spicy chicken . Had Mac & cheese (tasty), Spaghetti - reminds you of Spaghetti-O's ( not a fan), Fries (ok taste but were not hot), Adobe rice ( ok), Gravy (ok). The Peach Mango pie was Delicious! & the Pineapple juice was Delicious!Also purchased a chicken sandwich (didn't try it yet). The workers speak "Jolly ". Have a Jolly day! Very friendly staff & many of them to take care of orders. If they sold Wings, I'd probably go back, especially to try the Spicy chicken.

The staff was friendly and helpful they greeted you with a
11:30 pm they gave me beef instead of fish when I returned it they refused to make my small again that had gone cold since I went home before I found out the order was wrong I was the only customer ?
I went here today (12/31/23) at 4:30 ish, I was the only person in line, no one was in drive thru, and literally listened to some raspy voiced woman cursing like a sailor, some guy was making food and someone was at the drive thru window. Finally, I politely said "Hello" voices stopped for a moment then went back to talking, so I said "Hello again!" voices stopped again, so at that point looked for a phone number to call. I am all for workers rights but hard to support fast food workers making $15 an hour when I cant even get an order filled because they were having a conversation.

I ordered food through the app because the line was long, hoping it would make things easier however, it did not when I went to pick up my food employee threw my food at me through the drive-through, and I’m a very kind and considerate person. I’m very considerate of people making my food etc. there was absolutely no reason for this. She said that I gave her the wrong name. I gave her my full name and the order she said was only my last name she said that next time she’s not going to give me my food, and then she threw it at me through the drive-through. I called to Get her name and she hung up the phone on me so then I had contacted corporate. Horrible experience 10:30pm 12/16/2023

Great food.the people work just does not care . All they do is play games while you wait for 20 minutes for 2 roast beef sandwiches after 20 minutes you tell them to forget it you you a refund and they make the sandwiches. DO NOT GO TO THE 10 MILE AND HOOVER ARBY'S.
