The woman at the register was extremely kind and helpful! Props to her customer service. I will be back just for that. The food was hot and fresh too! Delicious!

I got a order from this A&W when i received my food they gave me the wrong sundae & milkshake was like water. I called back & was told they would replace my order but when I got there they wouldn’t correct they mistake. I drove 15 minutes to get my food. This is terrible customer service!! Never again!!

This place has gotten lazy. They had mixed up my order. Gave it to someone else. The person ate out of my bag. Returned it and the cashier tried to give it to me. The manager acted like it was ok. He tried to take the bag to the back but I wasn't having it. I had to stand right there to watch them cook me a whole new order
Got 2 shakes. They were more like vanilla milk than a vanilla shake

Waited until a couple minutes after I got to the pick up window to even started making my shake. It took so long someone thought I was the next car and started asking for payment for ther next meal. I only ordered fries and a shake

They exposed a root beer float handing it to me in my car. I had to go inside to deal with it. I was immediately verbally attacked by some old foreign lady who yelled in broken English. Also charged me 1.20 after paying for my order to get ketchup. Disgusting unsanitary place inside. I have filed complaints with the bbb as well as the health department. I video recorded part of the exchange, which will be on social media shortly.

It may not seem like much, but they make great food here. Don't let the outside appearance discourage you. I have been here 3 or 4 times so far, and the customer service is awesome. Wish they had the old style park n order. Love it... and worth it.
