I love Baskin Robbins! I would definitely come back here. They have unique flavors of ice creams that you cannot find in other stores and they have decent prices too as prices all around the world changed. We will definitely support local Small businesses so they can strive and not close their doors for out of business. I bought an ice cream cake here and it was a good decent price. My daughter loved it and they go beyond as we expected. We has so much FUN!

I come to this store twice a week & today I came & they didn't have the ice cream I like ,Jamoca almond fudge and this isn't the first time this has happened. Now mind you it's not even hot out side yet and no ice cream and last week the prepack freezer was down hmm and no ICE CREAM. You can't run a business like this or you'll go under. I suggest everyone call first or you'll waste your gas.WHAT A SHAME ! ! !

The prices they charge is ridiculous and will not be back there, That store is the worst one I’ve Ever been too, They should Not of closed the 10 mile location!

Went here for ice cream and will never be back again. While my husband got an oreo shake that he said was good, I got 2 scoops of chocolate and asked for peanut butter sauce on top. When the employee opened the sauce it was chunky and she just put it on my ice cream anyway and put the lid on. While we were walking out, I heard them say the warmer for it wasn't even on. Icecream was inedible when I opened it when I got home. Completely disgusting. This business should be ashamed of this service and product.

Terrible that they are always running out of all the flavors that I like such as mint chocolate chip and cookies and cream, not to mention the scoops that they give in their sundaes are extremely small. I won't be going back here ever!

Ordered a cake two days before Easter ordered it online it was hopscotch the bunny went to pick it up I live an hour from this location but they were the only one who offered this cake came to pick it up it didn't look anything like the picture the store associate called the owner when I wasn't happy with the cake her words exactly were im sorry but I'm not a professional cake decorator I can't imagine why she is selling professionally decorated cakes then she offered me 5 dollars off I just got my money back either way don't order cakes from here she cannot make them as they are advertised
Women in her 50's was very rude. She wouldn't give a sample of a new flavor and wouldn't let me get a refund if I didn't like it. She literally laughed at me and smiled. Ill never go back to this location. This place really has gone down hill since new ownership.

I won’t be back. I just stopped in there to get a milkshake and they had no Oreo, no vanilla, no chocolate chip and no chocolate chip cookie dough. Didn’t realize keeping stock of popular flavors was hard for this place to do. Both people working in there were rude when I mentioned they didn’t have any flavors.

they say mask required except when i went in there neither of the employees were wearing their mask correctly. i expected as i walked in for them to put one on but they did not they served me mask off and made my shake into chocolate milk would not go again stick to ben and jerries

This is the best Baskin-Robbins branch I have been to, BY FAR!!! Aside from the unlimited flavors they serve, they also make custom made ice cream cakes. They are very artistic and seem to have endless ideas. The owner, Joanne, is a very generous employer to her employees. I see a lot of Filipino workers there too, they are very hard workers and always happy to serve. I would recommend everybody to stop by this branch, just for the experience. Tell the owner you were sent by Pablo, she will give a free scoop of ice cream.
