Wish I could give 0 stars. Absolute trash, freezer burned ice cream, barely any hot fudge on my sundae, if you don’t have any just say that, and the whipped cream was liquid.

Horrible went in there for the brand new trolley dirt and worms Sunday I had ordered the three scooped one and my order was completely wrong that put it in a bag and they had covered it completely and whipped cream and m&Ms and sprinkles that when we finally took a spoonful it ended up showing half of the ice cream gone but visibly is too scoops melted down and when we had let them know that it was wrong because not only the toppings were wrong the scoops were that trolli sour ice cream instead of chocolate and the man was mumbling and saying it was supposed to be the way he made it even after I stated it's not multiple times completely ignored even when called about it again they hung up never again going to this place I should have read the reviews before going here

At one time this was a great Baskin-Robbins and then the lady in her children told us that the corporate office was not that great and they did leaving the franchise business. Since then which has been 3 or 4 years it's just horrible The people who attempted to run it were just didn't know what they were doing The ice cream was bad the service was bad the store was bad it was dirty it was nasty it was just disgusting. I just told my wife we're never going to eat there again Tell her to get new franchisee.

Do not go to them they’re very racist. Their store over there on 12 mile shut down they take orders over there then they tell you you made an order over there in their store. I had to go all the way out my area. I was not called and notified about the situation of 12 and Hoover tomorrow is my birthday. I left a message on their phone two days ahead of time. I called today to make sure that this woman made my order she did not make my order now they’re telling me we can’t make your order if you are African-American do not go to this place. Go somewhere else not to these people These people come to our country they be rude to us and now I see why Trump is doing what he’s doing. Trump needs to go over there and send these people back to their country. They are rude. They don’t like us. We need to protest and not go to their store. My people do not go to their store. Ordered 2 drinks. Not upset about the service considering there is only ONE employee working there (on a SATURDAY mind you) doing both drive thru and walk-in orders. He worked really well for being by himself. There needs to be more employees working (or hired), it’s crazy how there is only one person on a weekend. They ran out of vanilla so we had to mix different ice cream flavors with our cappuccino blast drinks. 😂. I’m not even mad, I just felt pretty bad for the one employee working.

This location is really horrible . My encounter today was I walked in (2 customers were sitting and talking at a table with beverages the only worker was sitting in a booth , no other customers were in there) the employee got out of the booth and walked to the register asked what I wanted to order , I replied “large ice tea” he said “we are out of ice tea” he said he noticed 30 minutes before they had no ice tea …. Is there a reason he couldn't make ice tea 30 minutes ago or was lounging in the booth more important ???? Tea is one of the easiest things to make honestly …This location really needs to have corporate come in and clean house. This isnt my only bad experience there just the last straw honestly

I asked the lady behind the counter about a polar pizza she didn’t know what I was talking about even though she was literally standing next to a picture of one. I bought pre packed ice cream for the first time from this location, 2 quarts. It was obvious when I got it home (I live 3 minutes away) that it had melted and been refrozen prior to me purchasing it. The product was full of ice crystals and frostbite/freezer burn. When attempting to return it the staff person insisted it couldn’t be returned because “it wasn’t theirs”, despite the receipt I showed her, asserting that because it was pre-packed from Baskin Robbins it was not the store’s responsibility. She refused to give the corporate return policy, and insisted she was closing so I had to leave. When asked the closing time she said 8, it was 7:32. She went on to ignore me and serve other customers and said “You refuse to understand so I can’t help you”. The ignorance of this small business owner shows the greed and lack of respect for the source of their income. At this point, I will make the corporate complaint process my next step. Beware of local businesses like this who sell bad products and refuse to stand by the quality, then play ignorant to basic customer rights and service.

One person working there, couldn't understand us and we couldn't and we couldn't understand him. Only 12 flavors of ice cream. Ice cream served was old and tasted bad, three of us threw it away. I drank the small shake, but had terrible gas all night into the morning. Won't visit this location ever again.
