Absolutely horrible place. This place should shut down I’ve been calling for two days and they do not answer their phone. And then you get to this ice cream store and they barely have any ice cream. I asked the lady behind the counter about a polar pizza she didn’t know what I was talking about even though she was literally standing next to a picture of one. Please just close your doors and let somebody who wants to run a Baskin-Robbins come in here.

I bought pre packed ice cream for the first time from this location, 2 quarts. It was obvious when I got it home (I live 3 minutes away) that it had melted and been refrozen prior to me purchasing it. The product was full of ice crystals and frostbite/freezer burn. When attempting to return it the staff person insisted it couldn’t be returned because “it wasn’t theirs”, despite the receipt I showed her, asserting that because it was pre-packed from Baskin Robbins it was not the store’s responsibility. She refused to give the corporate return policy, and insisted she was closing so I had to leave. When asked the closing time she said 8, it was 7:32. She went on to ignore me and serve other customers and said “You refuse to understand so I can’t help you”. The ignorance of this small business owner shows the greed and lack of respect for the source of their income. At this point, I will make the corporate complaint process my next step. Beware of local businesses like this who sell bad products and refuse to stand by the quality, then play ignorant to basic customer rights and service.

One person working there, couldn't understand us and we couldn't and we couldn't understand him. Only 12 flavors of ice cream. Ice cream served was old and tasted bad, three of us threw it away. I drank the small shake, but had terrible gas all night into the morning. Won't visit this location ever again.

Ordered a hot fudge sundae, this guy served burned, sorched, hot fudge. There is no way he did not know, you could smelled it. Shame on him.

Ordered from them via Uber Eats and what I received was wrong and just a total mess. My waffle cone smelled weird (like perfume or something, it was very odd) so I couldn't even eat it. Yuck. They also put small scoops of ice cream into my cup, gave me the wrong flavor ice cream, and barely put any fudge (that I paid and was charged extra for) in the cup. If this is how you operate, you should just close your doors permanently.

Ordered a cake Online and paid for it, for my Daughter's Birthday. When I arrived to pick it up, the cake was not there and hadn't even been made. The young lady that was working was not able to give me a refund for whatever reason, I guess she wasn't authorized to do so and the Manager was not even there. The young lady had to give me a cake after seeing my receipt, which the cake that I had to accept was poorly made and sloppy and lopsided. Plus, it was a chocolate chip cake with Oreos on the outside...we ordered a Unicorn ice cream cake. It wasn't the young lady's fault, she was trying her best. I fault the people over her, because whoever is in charge needs to be on top of Online orders. I will be contacting corporate. Smh
