Only downside I'd really give is that the garlic bread isn't garlic bread at all. At best, it's a toasted sub bun with a cup of marinara. Other than that, staff was really friendly, although not super attentative, the food was really good, and the atmosphere was quite nice. Would recommend

Our server Julia went above and beyond in serving us. We had a 2 hour limit and she nailed it. She served with grace and even though we were a big group of 27 and she broke a sweat, I am so proud of her! She kept it moving and served us well. Also thin crust was yummy!!!

Sorry, this just wasn’t for me. The crust flavor and texture was no different than your other commercial competitors. For me, the pizza was way too thick and cheesy. I also ordered online, arrived late and was told my order still had 10 more minutes, so I waited 15 minutes and my order was given to me. Then when I got back to my hotel, I was given the wrong order completely. So the pizza I tried was pepperoni deep dish, it looked like.

I have been coming to Buddy's a while now, I called in wings and cheese bread, came in about 25 minutes later and it was not ready, then the cheese bread was ready we were waiting on the wings. The nice guy with the braides in his hair went back to ask if the wings were done, all I heard was a person saying dog, don't come asking if it's ready you hear me dog don't ask me that. So after waiting 15 more minutes I said I just want a refund, especially since the girl that was working up front with the guy was so rude almost like she hated me, she needs to work in the back. So the manager came up and gave me a refund I told him everything that happened he just said I'm sorry and looked at me strange. I also told him that I had brought a pizza last week and it was terrible. I told him he should pay more attention to his staff that's making the food, by me hearing him say don't ask me nothing dog about when the food would be done to the employee that asked him, that is probably why the food I ordered before was messed up.if you have people with that kind of morals no wonder why my food was terrible. The manager did not do anything or say anything to compensate me for their behavior or my time waitingfor wings, buy the way the wings still was not ready. Also please find the right people to work upfront with customers, the gentleman was very nice but that girl that was working with him was not. That was not a good team match. What a waste of my time.

I have always loved eating here. Pre-pandemic it was awesome. So of course, with restrictions lifting, it is the first place my kids and I went out to eat. Service was 11/10, waitress was amazing. Food (pizza as always) was 11/10. Thank you for an amazing time with my kids and a sense of normalcy. Went again. Still amazing

I give buddies pizza two stars overall. The food is amazing as usual and the service was exceptional. And the atmosphere was clean, warm and inviting. But none of these are the issue. The issue is ordering a delivery through Buddy’s pizzas website. They use a third-party delivery, Company. I placed my order and the order was picked up by the third-party delivery company. Shortly after that they canceled the delivery. After several phone calls to figure out what was taking place. The end result was I was out $40 and I had no dinner. so I re-ordered and traveled to pick it up myself. I was given a 10% discount but I feel they could’ve done better. Paying almost double and having to travel to pick it up was an inconvenience. I feel buddies pizza should have done more since it was a service offered through their company website.
