Very Disappointed - we ordered Patty melt, Burger meat was burnt and the Texas toast was too which it was served on. 2nd my double meat burger meat was burnt too. Suck that are meal were 40.00 for this type of food! "Where is the quality control"

Went there for dinner with my family this evening and was approached by a waitress. She told us to hold as she had to get a table cleaned. Which was fine. We stood there for almost 10 mins as in between her nonchalantly cleaning going to 2 other tables. Kept looking past us and we figured we were not going to get sat down and NONE of the other staff acknowledged 5 of us standing there waiting to just be seated. Very disappointed.

Spent 85$ on food! Only good thing I have to say is about the lady that took care of me threw carry out! She was so nice, and fixed the mistake we had with missing food! None of our order tasted like it was supposed to! The fries where ok but the flavor for the majority of the wings was not worth the money at all! All of the food was cold, and I live less than a mile away!

So let me start this off by saying again Buffalo wild wings is one of my favorite places in the whole wide world. I go there often I go to many different locations. Usually, I’m treated very fairly very well this time not so good. One of the worst locations I’ve ever been to a lack of knowledge when it comes to the blazin rewards app I used to work for Buffalo Wild Wings and I know how the establishment takes pride in employee knowledge of everything when it comes to customer satisfaction I am very disappointed to say the lease I will never be to this location again I love Buffalo Wild Wings. I will go elsewhere where my service is appreciated.

I visited this location today around 3pm and was very disappointed. The wings were incredibly dry, making it hard to even get the meat off the bone. They were barely warm and tasted as though they had been reheated, with sauce added on top before serving. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place.

Instead of properly staffing their restaurant with employees, they minimize staff so the entire place is a dumpster fire, while hiring an armed guard to stand against the wall at the take out counter and make sure people don't complain too much.

We ordered online and ordered $80 Worth of food and only received our wings tonight. We don’t get fries, queso or nachos. We called the delivery guy and he blew us off. I tried calling the restaurant to resolve the matter but no one answers the phone. Love the wings! Service, management, and delivery has a long way to go

Management and service at the Warren location are an absolute joke. They forgot the fries in our takeout order for our children so we called when we got home and the gal on the phone said she’d have a manager call us back. No call. So we called the next day to speak to a manager and he said he would not issue a refund for the fries because no one called him last night. I called back and asked for the managers name (since he mumbled it) and the girl who answered refused to give out the managers name. I worked in restaurants for 20 years and never heard of such a thing.

It was very cold in the restaurant. Server had a look on her face like she would rather be anywhere but there. She was not happy.
The wings were cold. We told her about it asked her to let the team know no one came to the table to talk to us, obviously she didn’t relay that message.
My entrée was the mushroom Swiss burger. It was terribly greasy. I couldn’t eat, but a few bites.
The chicken in the wrap was dry
It took almost an hour to get dinner and there were only 9 tables in the restaurant
You certainly created an experience for two people who won’t return
