Def not the best wings, but def are the smallest wings I've seen in my life, came out cold as well as the fries ordered with our burger. Not to mention a 3%take out svc charge on top of a 10%take out gratuity charge. Vivio's down the street 1000% better! Never going back here again!

Bugsy's is exactly what you want it to be. Come as you are type of place. Full of regulars with quick service and great food. Moved to the west side 3 years ago and still come back to Bugsy's for the wings. They're not enormous and pumped full of hormones. They're real chicken wings. House sauce could be bottled and sold.

They added auto-gratuity. God only know how many dont see this and double tip. Ordered the wings. They were horrible. Tinest wings you can serve, not worth a $1 a piece. Very very salty. There are bettet bars with better wings and dont charge auto gratuity

Wings are great as always. Staff has progressively gotten worse and worse over the years. Honestly not sure why they can’t keep good workers. They have gotten flat out rude, slow and incompetent. I did this job for 15 years and I’m wondering where the disconnect is.

Food is cool well the wings are but the service so trash it’s ridiculous. Shouldn’t take 20 mins to give someone sitting at the bar a water or even a menu because the workers standing right there!!!! Idk if they need to hire new people or need new ownership that cares about customer service. Do better!!!!

Cute place that I'd like to return to, but a few items need to be addressed. No air on during a hot day, $80 bill and auto-gratuity for pizza and a few drinks. Server seemed like he was out of it / not interested in being there which probably contributed to our issue. It was $5 margarita night, and my partner ordered two, but the server charged us $24 dollars instead of $10. Otherwise, the food was oddly good, but I feel like $20 for the size of a personal pizza is a bit extreme. I expect this place really shines at night as a dive bar, but they're not cutting it on the 'dining side'. I'd stop here for drinks, but most likely won't consider this for food/dining in the future.
