Bugsy's is exactly what you want it to be. Come as you are type of place. Full of regulars with quick service and great food. Moved to the west side 3 years ago and still come back to Bugsy's for the wings. They're not enormous and pumped full of hormones. They're real chicken wings. House sauce could be bottled and sold.
Wings are great as always. Staff has progressively gotten worse and worse over the years. Honestly not sure why they can’t keep good workers. They have gotten flat out rude, slow and incompetent. I did this job for 15 years and I’m wondering where the disconnect is.
What everyone is saying is true. I got the 20 pack. 2 sauces and you could barely taste it. BUT--Best wings I've ever had! The slight char was off the hook. They were tender...BUT--they were nugget size, DWC's wings are double the size. --Will I come back? 100% YES...They gave me ranch instead of blue cheese, so make sure you check. The bartender/takeout person wasn't overly friendly, but whatever, I tipped her anyway. Someone said to dine in and get double...
