I went threw the drive through on February 4th at around 10:45 am the person doing the drive-through was very rude. There was not meeting a halfway barrier with this woman I had to reach out my window to get my change and my pop to a point where half of my torso was hanging out. For the Food I asked for NO tomatoes I got tomatoes. Onion rings were not done properly. Your drive-through screen is not working. She was RUDE ! I wish I could of came back to get my order right but I had to get to work

Me my family used to love getting Wopers because our burger would have fresh vegetables,and had the right amount of sauce you used to be able to request them to cut your sandwich, add more or less what toppings, your sandwich would be hot as well ours fries, and they would give you condiments with our having to as for them however ever the last couple of times we went the drive through live is bare and tonight we went for the last time because when my husband placed the order he ordered a Woper combo large and 2 chicken nuggets 10 pieces each a large fries and 3 soft drinks with light ice first of all the guy working the drive through window was going to place the other withoutasking what soft drinks we had, norr did he asked what kind of sauce we wanted for the nuggets when we went to the drive through window the guy was bent over doing nothing then finally he took our money and and still didn't ask if we wanted any condenments not asked what kind of sauce we wanted for our nuggets and when we homewe noticed that we only had one fries but charged for two fries no source of any kind for the nuggets all of the food was cold and the Woper didn't have any fresh vegetables the sandwich the lettuce was wilted the sandwich was drowning with too much sauce we were disappointed to say the least but we opted not to go back and complain, and we knew from past experiences with other locations that it would be a waste of time and gas, and if you call they probably wouldn't an and we never smell burgers being flam bra the broiled and more well we will not paganizing this business anymore and my husband said that they all should be closed I personally believe that we might get better service at another location at least I hope so because I would hate having them all closed because of other locations fail at getting good service and a friendly smile. Peopl already stopped buying fast food because it's over priced you no longer receive good service with a friendly smile instead you get poor service in the drive through and if you choose to go in and order food you no longer have a human and the counter instead you have to order your food using the a tablet mounted on poll or wall which is not personal having to used a credit or debit card which some people rather not use their card be someone can get us information and make you one of their identity theft victims so if you have cash someone has to come accept your cash payment which most people work back don't look happy and will more than likely give you less than good service

I am not able to eat here because I drive a tow truck that is too big to go through the drive-through, and every time I go there they have the lobby closed during the day.

It took over 45 minutes for get a whopper with Bryce and a Coke and I went inside they were just so on organize I have to say there was some very nice people that I interact with as far as the staff they just didn't have the help they need and the food was cold

Went here on 12/22/24 @ 10:20am and brought an breakfast meal and it was old and cold so I asked for a refund and the manager on duty "Libby" was very rude and didn't refund my money...she should be "FIRED" immediately for her rude behavior and I'm sure this isn't her first time acting in this manner

We've through drive through Staff was rude and dismissive wouldn't confirm order or give price. Felt with 3 different people at window all the same they screwed up order completely took all 3 to figure out out and then make what i actually ordered.

They told me they weren’t taking any orders, but they were all Outside at the back of the building, smoking a blunt and making out with each other
They don’t stay open until 1am. They said they took their last customer 30 mins ago, It’s 10pm and no where is it posted that they’re closed and the place is still lit up like they’re open. Online ordering is still available.

Doordash and BK apps say they accept Doordash orders. Driver went there to pick up and they said they do not accept Doordash orders. Called several times, but no one answers. Terrible location and management.

The female store manager was very aggressive and rude to me at the order point. And when I made it to the cash out point and attempted to explain my concerns with her service she immediately talked over me and walked away ! Wow !! Burger King do better stop letting anybody be managers just because they apply !!! I guarantee this isn’t her first complaint.
