The late night staff is horrible and slow. Do not go here after 12, unless you have an hour to burn waiting for someone to come to the window. It's like they refuse to do what they are paid to do. Your food will somehow take 40 minutes to be made.

I was the only customer there during dinner and simply ordered an 8pc and some fries. Just to get food poisoning. Im definitely not coming back and want to warn others to watch the food they get from here.

Multiple problems, tried not to complain, but decided to ask how long I should Stay away to allow them to fix neglect problems. 1. Broken heater in dining area, freezing, everyone wearing coats. Morning lady manager says, so what, what temperature do you keep your living room, I was confused and speechless. Cook in back said they called last week and they thought it was fixed. 2. Coffee machine broke, they kept retrying and gave bad water coffee, and multiple people complained, but the server said nothing wrong, cause she just had to put in twice the bags of coffee, had no improvement as stated. 3. Door falling off hing, possible fire code violation jammed when opening. 4. Soda machine bad mix all flavor additions out of function and ginger ale mix bad and coke mix bad. Server says nothing wrong, without even checking, then tastes ginger ale, and now sees multiple machine mix failure. Finally lady morning manager, says I'm complaining about to many things and is just trying to hassle her. Guess I have to find a different store now.
Late night burger run, got a double whopper meal, pretty straight, still got the charbroiled flavor.

Since covid there’s not many places open late at night anymore. I work nights and my Lunch break is after 1am. This BK is one of the two closest places open that serves hot food so I come here often. Today is Saturday night/Sunday morning. I figured it would be a little busy so I placed an online order. When I arrived I realized there were more cars than I had anticipated and would’ve been waiting in the drive through for most of, if not my whole lunch break. I decided to call and ask if they did curbside. They informed me they do not and the inside closed at 10:30. I decided to let them know I was on lunch break ask placed an online order which I already paid for, asked if it was a possibility if they could bring it out to me since the line was so long and I’d be spending basically my whole lunch break for an order I placed and paid for already. Whoever answered the phone. (Very sweet girl) said that she would bring it out to me and asked me to pull to the door. 🥹 I can’t express how thankful I am because of this person. I hadn’t eaten anything since earlier Friday afternoon, I would have been late coming back to work and wouldn’t have had much time to eat either. Her kindness is greatly appreciated because she did not have to do that!! The food was great also, it was hot and fresh and even didn’t take more than five minutes for it to be done. FAST SERVICE, FRESH FOOD, FRIENDLY AND CONSIDERATE EMPLOYEES!! 12/10 recommend. 🤗
