I ordered a 12 piece chicken finger and when I got home, there were only 8. The chicken fries were hard as a rock as if they were sitting out for a while and they were cold smh. I refused to eat them. I called and spoke to someone and expressed how unacceptable this was. I was given the choice to come back to get a fresh order of the chicken fries. Just a waste of time. I know I should always check my food before leaving.

I get a half-hour for lunch. Unfortunately, that's not long enough to get one item from the drive-thru (only car) and eat it without having to scarf it down. I've tried four or five different times, same awful wait every time (for no apparent reason). If you're independently wealthy and have nothing but time on your hands, then by all means, try it. The food is excellent once you get it. But if your time is valuable, don't bother.

Well the drive thru was a Lotta slow but they made up for because the food was hot & order was ready & @ the window waiting on me to pay 4 it everything was on point just as I ordered it everything was made correctly so im thinking maybe it was some difficult ppl just holding up the line because they got my order got me around to the window I checked my order & was out of there so fast made me wonder why the line & only 3 cars in the drive thru so maybe ppl in the front car were trying to scam a free whopper or somrthin

If I could give a negative star on the service I would. It’s unreal lived a block away for four years now. Same crappy service everytime. They make you wait and then make you wait and then make you wait. You can place an order online wait twenty minutes and you will still wait. They can have one vehicle in the drive thru and no one inside and you’ll wait. They spent a ton of money remodeling it but can’t get a decent manager to operate. Get better employees.

I have never ever been told I’m not taking your order unless you come inside.. I couldn’t go in for many reasons and said I couldn’t and said well I’m not taking your order. Mind you VERY RUDELY. and I’ve been to places where they need to reboot the system and it takes a while I was okay waiting but she never gave me that option. She never said the system wasn’t working and the drive thru is closed. She said the system is down and rebooting and I’m not taking your order. WILD.
