This is the worse Burger King ever. You literally wait quite a while for everything. I sat in drive thru for 10 minutes than got told to hold on which was another 10-15 minutes than got to order and wait another 10 minutes. If you can’t multitask or park people than you need to be retrained on how to run a fast food joint. I’ve worked at many fast food places and a restaurant and never ran into this problem.
They constantly mess up my husband’s order when he does the breakfast burritos toos.

We ordered via Door Dash today for my disabled father and his onion rings and fries came but the Whopper we ordered for him was not in the bag even though we paid for it. My elderly father called the manager, understandably irate, and was told that the Door Dash driver must have stolen the sandwich out of the bag, even though it was clear that the sticker that sealed the bag shut was not tampered with. There was no offer to make things right or a coupon or anything of the sort. We will not be going to Burger King any longer if this is the way we’re going to be treated. I would like something done to address this as we have been patrons of that Burger King for years.

The man who took my order in the drive thru was the most polite food worker I've ever encountered. If it wasnt four the sandwich not being made properly, id given a 5 star.

Foods fine, but to wait literally 20 minutes for an 8 piece nugget and then to have our food brought to us cold and looking like this? I didnt ask for extra mayo. Someone needs to redo this bk entirely. I would have asked them to remake my food but I feel like this is the spot where they'd spit in my food. There's a bk on 11 and hoover, take the extra 3 miles and go there.
