Horrible drive-thru wait time, for no apparent reason, on several occasions. Food is great, once you get it. If you're not hungry now, go. You will be by the time you get your food.

I guess we’re handing out open coffee containers (which spilled in my and pants and on drivers window panel) and charging extra for combos! The burrito is over sauced. This will be the reason why I will prefer McDonald’s over Burger King

Ordered an online order at 12:53am. Arrived at 1:01am. Got to the window and they asked me to park, which is understandable. I parked at 1:09am. I waited and waited until 1:25am and went back through the drive through. Then waited to get to the window. Finally got my food at 1:37am and of course it's cold. The point of ordering online is for it to not take as long. Yet, I was there for over a half hr. The woman then proceed to laugh as she handed my food and seemed like she was high on something. Horrible experience.

Zero stars cause they never took my order. Sat in the drive thru for 21 minutes. Their where no cars in front of me. I had to wait for the three cars behind me to leave before I became un traped. 4 cars left total. Every fast food establishment I go to I leave feeling corned and shucked. It's like litterally no one cares about anything but their phone now a days

I’m currently here now. I’ve been in line 40 minutes and no one has bought my food out to me. I see employees in there eating and drinking and not working. There are several other cars waiting for food. This is ridiculous. I’ll be contacting corporate.

Don’t bother. You’ll wait 15 minutes in an empty drive thru. You’ll ask to simply cancel the online order, but they’ll insist it must be done through the app. The app will insist it must be done by the store. It’s all a joke.

Drive through sucks!! I was pulled around to wait and was forgotten about!! Doors were locked and I had to bang on the glass to get my food that wasn’t the food I ordered!! PLACE SUCKS!!!

Terrible service 😑
We got food poisoning from the food here, I mean terribly sick and when we spoke to them about it they wanted the food back to remake it.
Just wanted a refund from being poisoned
