I worked at BK for 6 years and....I am dumbfounded. My onion rings and mozz sticks tasted completely like hand soap. Whopper jr had zero taste to the burger, Bun wasn't toasted and I threw the whole meal away. Disappointing.......

I so wish I can leave a 0 man I only get certain amount of time off for lunch it's not like this place was busy they were slow and was next in line for drive thru they ask me to please wait so I did so why the next 5 cars not all at once came after me in the next drive thru got help before me I waited for at least 25mins no help I tried saying hello they said please wait until another car pulled they took there order I just left like really either they racist or lazy

I went in there tonight after a long day in the emergency room and not only was I treated rudely by the woman at the microphone, they got my order wrong. It was 2 regular whoppers, one they had only pickles, no lettuce or tomato. I won't be back

Extremely slow drive thru experience. Waited for 10 minutes with an empty line, the person behind me and in the next lane THAT SRRIVED AFTER I DID, was serviced and went ahead before me. At least the food was correct and hot

Last Friday, January 17, 2025. I went and visited a friend in Warren. Decided to order takeout at Burger King in this location: 11 mile and hoover. This Burger King has got to be one of the worst I've ever been too. Ordered two medium size whopper with cheese meals. One special made. I requested onion rings. The guy on the speaker said they don't have any onion rings. What BK does not have onion rings? I hate BK french fries. Went with the fries as I had no choice. Anyhoo the total was $23.68 for the two whopper meals. This BK is super slow omg!! 20 minutes in the drive thru lane. Finally I pulled up to the drive thru window. Paid with my credit card. The worker asks me twice what I ordered. Can't the worker read the order screen. Suddenly he says they have onion rings now lol. What the heck. I said yes let's go with the onion rings. This is crazy but the manager who was packing the bag order asked me what I ordered as well. Where do they get these workers is my question. My food order was all messed up badly. I should have checked the bag before I left but was waiting in that drive thru for 20 minutes. Only 1 whopper sandwich and 1 medium fry.. should have been two whopper sandwiches and two onion rings. Unbelievable! So disorganized and the customer service is absolutely horrible. Not to mention the price gouging ripoff menu prices at BK. Sick Sick Sick.. God forbid the BK CEO doesn't get any richer. I didn't bother going back as the roads were snow filled and slippery. $23.68 for 1 dam whopper sandwich and 1 medium fries š. Their medium size looks like a small size. RIDICULOUS! I hope Burger King closes down one day. The sooner the better. The greed is getting much worse everywhere. One of the worst fast food restaurants ever. Sloppily prepared whopper sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, et cetera. Food doesn't even taste that good as it is. 0 stars and that BK needs new workers including the supervisor and/or manager šš½

Whatās the point of asking for an order a certain way if they are not going to give it the way you asked for itā¦ fast food workers love to mess up somebodyās order but wanna throw a fit over the hourly wageā¦ letās get real and idk maybe get orders out how they are asked to be prepared and idk maybe get said orders prepared correctly.! Donāt recommend BK they are doing worse than McDonaldās.! JUST HORRIBLE.!

Sitting through a 20 minute line while the line next to you moves at a steady pace...so you move to that line and they start finally moving the line you just left...and your new lane stops moving?? It's always something with this place. Typically, it's that they don't follow basic instructions. Such as putting meat on a bun. Yes, this place has given out buns with no meat and argued that it never happened. Been in this drive through for 45 minutes without ordering. Avoid this place like the plague. It's not worth your time, money, or health.

So I placed a $32 order in the drive through. Didn't receive 3 of my items. The lady in the drive through was already rude and was acting as though it was my fault and making me feel like I was a burden for asking for my churro sticks and 2 orders of cheesy tots. She then proceeds to give me the churros out the window (without the chocolate sauce and not in a bag) then I let her know again I'm still missing cheesy tots, so she passes those out the window without a bag as well....yet I only have one bag of food in the car that is full..... very rude and unprofessional you should not work in customer service if you are incompetent and can't treat people with respect. Get some new employees.

This location has had its ups and downs and they all are low. Whether itās the long wait times or the bad communication by the staff, the staff taking drive through customers out of order, itās the worst BK Iāve been to. Iāve tried to give them a few months in between visits hoping for better management and new teammates but I definitely need to just use the location a couple miles away when I have the urge because this is terrible.
