While the food has been consistently ok and standard for a BK, the night drive thru is a horrible experience. Expect no less than 5-10 minutes per car, no matter if it's 1 or 5 cars waiting. The people running the window apparently can only do 1 task at any given time, and even then it's at a snail's pace. I've sat waiting to pay for my food at the window while the girl took like 3 cars worth of orders before even acknowledging my existence. To top it off, when you are finally handed your food, 9/10 times they barely look at you, much less apologize for waiting 20 minutes for a whopper meal. I've worked at 2 separate burger kings in the past, and I know there are timing standards and every store is supposed to keep up to those standards as best as possible. The fact that this type of service has been happening unchecked for this long only shows that this BK's management is not worried about standards, and that should be enough to scare customers away.Went back today 4/4/24 at around 7:40 pm. 15+ minutes in line and the only person that got their food was the girl taking money at the first window. Didn't see a single car get any food, but she had plenty of time with the long line of people to eat in plain view of the drive thru. After getting to watch her eat for 15 minutes I drove off without my food. I feel sorry for these people, if you can't even handle working at burger king, there really is no hope for your future. There is no management here.

The burgers were smashed at the bottom of the bag. Also they didn't give us our chicken fries. When I went back to get them, they acted like I was trying to get free fries even though THEY didn't put them in the bag. Worst place EVER!!!

Hash browns were disgusting! Old and gross, couldn’t even eat them. When I went through the empty drive thru I was immediately handed my order and then I ask for salt and ketchup and was given an eye roll. Ignorant! Called to let them know and the manager was so ignorant and never offered me to come in for a fresh order. Then hung up on me!!!!Should have stopped at the SCS Burger King because I wasted money and didn’t get breakfast before work. I’ll never go back to this one!!!

I stood inside waiting to order while they helped numerous ppl in the drive-thru window, even ppl that came after me? Then after watching the person cooking putting sandwiches in the microwave I asked for my food to be fresh, but it wasn't. It was disgusting! It tasted like it was drenched in pure salt?!?!!! I took 1 bite and threw it away. I'll never go here again! Putting old sandwiches in the microwave did it for me, I should've just left right then

Yall need a better manager overnight because squiggle wiggles ain't it...yall need more managers like Jeremy..squiggle wiggles keeps you waiting at the speaker 15-20 minutes per car & the fries are always cold once you get your order..I can't even doordash when she's on shift because it always takes more than 40minutes to get 1

I’m sorry but I feel sorry for the entire work crew that was present at this Burger King today.! We stopped in for lunch and the manager on duty was completely unhinged.! Yelling at the crew, throwing away orders, and just completely unorganized. This should not be acceptable.!

The atmosphere is not the fault of the workers. They are doing their damn best and working double time. Their manager is a d bag of the highest order and has no tact. He is causing a toxic workplace environment. He should be fired immediately and replaced with a more competent manager who treats his/her workers
