The customer service was subpar, and to top it off, my order was incorrect when I got home. I do not recommend.

I called this place at 2:30 on Saturday. I told them I needed an order of 125 pcs of chicken. I stated 3 times that I'd like to pick them up at 5 pm later that day. I asked whom I was speaking with so I could reference the person that I placed the order with. The young lady refused to give me a name. I arrived at 5 pm and of course my order was not ready. The crew seemed to just laugh because they didn't have the other ready. I didn't receive my chicken until 5:30. The manager claimed he didn't want my food to sit on the warmer. That made no sense at all. While waiting, another customer came in with a large timed pickup order, which was not ready either. The young lady behind the counter did keep apologizing to me, but never the manager.

I ordered 8 pieces of fish and 30 whole wings on Sunday Lions game day. The wings were super big which was alarming enough. They were also not done. There was blood at the bone. I was entertaining so I had to impervise my dinner. I called to speak with an owner or management but of course he was not avaliable. So I called the next day with my concern and the manager said that he had no control and the size of the chicken but could replace e what I had left only. I spent $70 on meal. And the best he could do without an apology was to replace any wings I had left.
Went and ordered 2 XL fries for $7 a piece this is what I received disappointed asf

Didn't get greeted. Food took 20 mins longer than was texted to me. There were 3 other people waiting for their food in the lobby. Worker just walked off and food was just sitting there opened. Front guy was busy and back workers didn't help and we're on their phone. So unprofessional.

Waited over 15 minutes, but the fried chicken and french fries were worth it. The slaw needs improving but it could have been just a bad batch.

I ordered my food online and it said it would take about 20 minutes. I arrived at the 25 minutes and had to wait for another 30 minutes after my quoted time. Nobody seemed to care that I was just waiting around while they try to make koolaid edible because it wasn't sweet at all! No apology for the wait nothing to show that they even messed up and either forgot my order or gave it away!!! Whoever the person in charge is was only concerned about some damn halloween decorations.

I own several Subways. Went through drive-through and had to go inside for sauce (which should have been recommended). The place should be closed by Macomb County it is that unsanitary. I would not recommend you ever visit this location. The honest truth is this place should not be open for food service business.
