Big fan of their food. However, they have a tendency to undercook quite often! Wish they'd cater to customer's cooking instructions initially, instead of half assing.

Email me saying food was ready arrive and never even acknowledged me for over 10 minutes then proceeded to hand me wrong order while my order was sitting for 20 minutes done by the time I got home it cold! I will never go there again!

I love chicken shack and have never had this long of a wait for my food. I ordered a 3 tender piece snack with shack potatoes and it took over 30 minutes to get my food. I am not at all impressed with the service tonight. I recommend the food just make sure you have plenty of time to wait for it.

Decent service and food

I have been waiting 55 minutes and have been sitting at the window for 25 of that. They do not seem to know what they are doing. I used to love this place, always has to wait a little bit but had no problem with that. Now after 25 minutes I was asked to pull forward. It does not take that long to cook 2 fish dinners. They are not even busy!!!!! Ended up taking it back in and getting my money back they wanted $14.99 for 5 cod sticks and a small container of coleslaw. Definitely lost my business. Really has gone down hill.

I love this place BUT 2x in the last week I've been there and get my usual 4pc chicken dinner with boasted potatoes (well done, chicken n potatoes) and I was both times disappointed that neither were well done especially the potatoes. Needless to say I won't be back, at least for awhile!

Small pieces of chicken and ribs. So not worth the prices!! Long waiting times especially in the drive through. Most employees are nice yet some are very rude! Don’t try to call and express your concerns because they don’t answer the phone.
